Have you ever wondered how people make Pico De Gallo? For many years I stood back and watched as many recipes from Mexico passed my path. It would be silly of me to tell that I could not give you the exact measurements, but that is the way it is. Everything I cook is made with love and guessing how many ingredients I will place into my recipe. So experiment with the measurements and enjoy a wonderful recipe from authentic nature.Also if you wish to make this recipe more or less spicy you can change the amount of Jalapenos. The amount of ingredients described below would serve about 5 to 6 people depending on the portions they like to eat.

Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:

10 Red Ripe Tomatoes

2 Jalapenos

1 Large Onion

2 Table Spoons of Lime Juice

1 Dash of Salt

1/2 Cup of Cilantro

First dice the ten red ripe tomatoes into small dices. Then take the onion and dice it also. Mix this in a bowl. Take the two jalapenos and slice this up in little pieces. Depending on how hot or mild you wish to have your Pico de Gallo either remove or keep the seed from the jalapenos. Cut the cilantro with a pair of scissors and place all of this in the bowl with the ten diced tomatoes,one diced onion,and two diced jalapenos. Next, stir the ten red ripe tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cilantro and add a dash of salt. Then add the lime juice and stir it one more time. Now you have an authentic recipe to make Pico De Gallo!
